Managing Partner
Marx Andryan is the Managing Partner of MARX & CO. With many years of legal experience and extensive expertise in handling both civil and criminal litigation, Marx brings in-depth knowledge of the legal field. He is highly experienced in providing advice on business transactions and commercial matters, claim liability, the advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, as well as on broader legal rights and obligations. He appears regularly before all Indonesian courts.
Over the years, Marx has been actively involved with numerous local boards and organizations. In 2011, he was appointed Vice Chairman of the Education Section of the Indonesian Advocates Association. He earned his law degree from the University of Trisakti in 1997, followed by a Master of Management and a Master of Law from Gadjah Mada University in 2004.

Sangti P. Nainggolan, born in Balige, North Sumatra, earned his Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Surabaya and a Master of Business Law from Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta.
Appointed as an Advocate in 2000, he is a member of PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association) and AAI (Association of Indonesian Advocates). Sangti has extensive litigation experience with law firms in Surabaya and Jakarta, most recently with Hotman Paris & Partners. Over his career, he has handled a wide range of cases, including civil and criminal matters, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, as well as disputes involving arbitration, mediation, and negotiation.
